Blockchain Technology in Corporate Governance: Advantages and Limitations

This paper is a literature review paper. We discussed the influence and results of using blockchain in corporate governance. In this paper, we considered both advantages disadvantages technology. Our research areas included distributed ledgers, smart contracts, governance, DAO “hack” case (2016), platform, decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), customer loyalty plan blockchain, proof-of-work system technology international business. selected sample around 20 articles on to study benefit Based convenience effectiveness made hypothesis that governance would be able have more transparent, real-time, reliable, cost-effective, verifiable, accessible transaction records. hypothesize has benefits than database. Blockchain also some such as shareholder protection weakness, fraud transactions, anonymous voting, etc. Generally speaking, based our analysis reviews, following conclusion will compared traditional systems other database management systems.
